We had a fantastic stay in Laughlin. The spacious rooms at the hotel were impressive, providing plenty of space for our family. We enjoyed the use of two pools and had a great selection of food choices during our stay. Additionally, we were pleased with the location of the hotel, situated on the riverside area and conveniently across the street from other casinos in the city.
Nothing could have been better.
Cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, and location just across the river were all great. The hotel was well-maintained and had excellent amenities. I appreciated the convenience of the parking and the fact that the hotel was situated just a short walk away from the beautiful river.
Check-in was a bit frustrating due to a mix-up with my reservation. The staff at reception initially gave me the run around when I tried to book an extra night.
I had a fantastic stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the view from my window. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool which was neat and had a lovely ambiance with the green lights. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything, including the casino which was just across the street. The staff at the pool were courteous and made sure everyone followed the mask policy.
