I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff, especially Tanisha and Oya, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful open reception area and spacious, well-organized rooms. The bed was firm but comfortable, and the bathroom had good lighting and decent water pressure. The hotel also offered a second sink and mini-fridge in the room, which was a nice touch. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the carpets, was impeccable. The location was also convenient, being just down the street from a hospital. the best aspect of this hotel was the exceptional customer service provided by the staff.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff, including Clarence, Cathy, Jackie, and Paul, were very friendly and always smiling. Our room was amazing - spacious and very clean. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and shopping all within a 2 mile radius. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The staff, including Louise, Grant, Sheila, Oya, and Michelle.
